Your appointments are very important to us and your time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we will do our best to accommodate all or some of your services but unfortunately, we are not always able to do so. We do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are late and charge you up to 50% of the scheduled value. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

For appointments over an hour in duration, we reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit upon booking to validate the credit card on file. Also, due to the demand for appointments that we have been receiving, we are now requiring 50% deposits from clients new to Painless Waxing. We reserve the right to also require deposits from clients who no show or frequently late cancel. In the event that you cancel or reschedule and provide us with at least 24-hour’s notice, your deposit will be returned. Less than 24-hour notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Your appointments are very important to the Painless Waxing Boutique team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, we will be able to adjust the schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. We also encourage you to book only if you are 100% sure you can make the appointment and that you need the service(s). Each service has a designated time slot with a designated price. The service you book fills up a time slot on our schedule that is reserved especially for you and doesn’t allow anyone else to have that time slot. You are responsible for the services you book. If you come in for your appointment and aren’t ready for it (because you recently shaved or your hair isn’t long enough), you will still get charged for the service you booked and the time slot you filled for up to 50% of the value of the service(s). We never like to charge our clients for services not received but please know we also have to protect our estheticians, who make a living off of the clients they see and the services they perform.

As a courtesy, we do call, text, and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure. We also ask that you provide us with the best contact information to be able to reach you and update it in case of any changes.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment please call our salon to make sure it has gone through.
