We ask for your credit card information and input it in your secure account billing tab for the purpose of reinforcing our cancellation and other booking policies. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

  •  charge the card 50% of the services booked in case of no show or less than 24 hours reschedule notice
  •  reschedule your appointment if you are halfway late and charge 50% of the services booked
  •  charge 50% of the services booked if you come in and change your mind or are not ready for the appointment because your hair isn’t long enough  (at least 1/4 of an inch)
  •  your card on file will be used to take deposit and validate it for:
    -appointments longer than 1 hour in duration
    -appointments made by new clients
    – clients who frequently no show, late cancel, or are frequently late to their appointments

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure. We also ask that you provide us with the best contact information to be able to reach you and update it in case of any changes. If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment, please call our salon to make sure the service was booked
