Eyelash Extensions

Developed to mimic your natural eyelashes, each lash is individually applied to a single eyelash, resulting in a gorgeous, natural appearance.  Using a proprietary adhesive, lashes are applied by a trained and certified stylist.

How to prepare for the application?

• Remove all make-up, including foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, eye creams and eye serum.
• Cleanse eye area eyelashes gently but thoroughly to remove any residual oils or mascara.
• Shower  before your arrival.
• Do not wear contacts to your appointment, wear glasses instead.
• Do not curl eyelashes on the day of your lash appointment.
• Do not apply heavy creams, lotions or oils to your face within 48 hours prior to your eyelash application
• Wait 48 hours after lash removal prior to having your new set of extensions applied.
• Do not receive chemicals treatments to your lashes, such as tinting or perming, within 48 hours prior to your appointment.

How Do I care for the eyelashes?

Ask our specialist for an after-care guide; we recommend that you use only products specially formulated for eyelash extensions.

How long will my lashes last for?

When properly cared for your lashes can last indefinitely.  As your natural lashes shed, the extensions that are attached also shed, and new lashes begin to grow. With regular re-lashes, new extensions are added to the newest lashes to replace those that have shed to maintain a full , natural look.

Yumi™ Lashes  – Pre Treatment Procedures

1. Eyelash Extensions need to be removed at least 3 days to 1 week prior to appointment.
2. For best results do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to your treatment.
3. No eye makeup the day of your appointment. For example, mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner etc.
4. Every client must fill out a waiver before starting treatment.
5. Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day prior.
6. It’s recommended to wash your hair prior to your appointment because you may not for 48 hours after.

Yumi™ Lashes  – Pre Treatment Procedures

1. No water and mascara on the lashes for 48 hours after the treatment.
2. No steam, no heavy exercising that would cause excessive sweating, no hair washing (at home) for 48 hours after etc.
3. No lash serums, lash extensions, eye creams for 48 hours.
4. Use oil free make up remover wipes to wash your face after the treatment.
